WARNING this is not flower related

Here are a few images and clips from a campaign I worked on back in 2008, or was it early 2009? What year is it now? When are the cyborgs coming to get us? Was it before the GFC came along and scared everyone into saving their hard earned pennies, gone with the days of spending cash like its on fire in your hot little hands. BTW aussie dollar is totally raging right now, so lets get on shopbob.com and spend all our money on new clogs. (sorry for accidental tangent) ((GFC is over as far as im aware)) (((GFC stands for global financial crisis, not grand fort-building contest)))
Hmm... Well It was definitely after the great banana drought of 2006 thats for sure.
ANYWAY, let me interrupt myself.
These clips are from Insights Dopamine women's campaign.  All I can tell you about this top secret location is that it has mandatory stops at mc donalds drive thru for early early morning breakfast im talking so early, one time breakfast hadnt even started yet and I had to get a cheeseburger. Early.
Concept Steve & George Gorrow
Creative Direction Jay Quirk
Producer Dopamine Jo Ryan & Holly Hipwell ; Dopamine II Holly Hipwell

Did I ever tell you that I am Holly Hipwell...yeah me, i did all this stuff!

jack and the magic beanstalk

I was riding my bike through manly on Saturday, and some magic beans caught my eye. Colleen her name was, the magic bean beholder, talk under water she could She told me to pop these little fi fo fum beans nearly half way into some soil, give them a good water every day, tell them a couple of stories every now and then and in about six weeks I should be having myself my very own rain forest. Can you hardly wait?

Budd Budd giving the mr beans some extra good luck before they get into their new dirt bed

Colleen wrote some instructions on there for me

Behind the schemes

You remember mylee? You met her a few posts ago you know, the one surfing in a dress?  Yeah, her.
I went up to her house the other night to whip together some flower headpieces for her upcoming album shoot. We ate some thai, tried on some outfits, I told some boring stories which put rocky to sleep and made a bit of a mess. Heres the work in progress.. Ill post some shots from the actual shoot soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

lovely mylee with tuckered out rocky river. boy o boy, he would be so mad if he knew we were dressing his head up with  flowers while he was sleeping!

la De da a wedding hooraah!

A couple of photos from Ron & Adelas lovely afternoon garden wedding that i floralized
The bride wanted all gardenias! And thats what she got. Only after a minor disaster
We ordered something like 57 bunches, after opening the box and counting 35, I asked the supplier, "why havent we got our full order?" to that they responded
didnt have enough. OK THEN?
After running around the flower market like a crazy lady, screaming out I NEED GARDENIAS we managed to round up enough to do the job right. It was very similar to being at the scene of an accident and yelling out, IS ANYONE A DOCTOR?  Very stressful stuff I tell you!
I dont have any photos of the table arrangements (yet)
Here are a couple of happy snaps of the beautiful bride and the most gorgeous flower girl ever. I wanted to steal her but figured her parents might notice that she was missing.
Weddings make me cry, and I hate crying. I suppose crying because you are happy is ok. Crying from chopping up onions, is not ok.
I have some more photos to come from this LOVEly day. Show you soon

Friedrich Heinrich Theodor Freese aka Mr Freesia

Some 200 years ago, a fellow by the name of Dr. Christian P Ecklon was lolling about in South Africa, and discovered the nose pleasing freesia, he named the flower after his buddy Friedrich Heinrich Theodor Freese... Sounds like a pretty manly day out if you ask me.

Freesias represent sweetness friendship & trust.I think you should go and buy some for your bestie, their house will smell nice for around 10 days!
